Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst III, responsible for providing advanced technical support and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply in-depth technical skills to solve common and complex technical issues
  • Perform detailed analysis and participate in the implementation of problem resolutions
  • Follow established guidelines while interpreting policies with limited supervision
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience
  • Ability to obtain a technical certification (e.g., A+, Security+, MSCA) within six months of hire
  • 4+ years of Information Technology support experience with advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated mastery of essential skills and advanced competency in at least two specialized areas
  • Proven expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows desktop, and operating systems
