Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Settlement Officer to manage settlement statements and funding packages in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and send settlement statements for sales or financing, managing correspondence and updates throughout the transaction
  • Verify wire instructions and prepare funding packages for the accounting team, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
  • Send confirmations of initiated wires and handle deposits or funds in case of cancellations or post-closing items
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a commercial settlement role or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Title Insurance is preferred
  • Familiarity with SoftPro Select is a plus
  • Outstanding work ethic with the ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
  • High level of accountability and customer service orientation
