Job Summary
The full-time Texas Licensed Site Care Partner will manage relationships with investigative sites throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring quality and patient safety while providing necessary support and coordination with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining investigator site relationships and overseeing site-level recruitment and quality assurance
- Coordinating site activation activities, ensuring readiness for first subject visits, and managing communication regarding site issues
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize site selection and support study delivery while upholding Pfizer's reputation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 7 years)
- Demonstrated experience in site management, including prior roles as a CRA/Site monitor
- Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in the United States, including Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines
- Proficiency in the local language preferred; English is required
- Ability to manage travel within the United States as needed
