A company is looking for a Manager I, Site Selection & Incentives Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with proposals and qualifications for prospective clients
Develop parameters for new locations and select relevant data for client decisions
Manage projects, including preparing workplans and Gantt charts

Required Qualifications

3 years or more of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, or economic development
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Demonstrated knowledge of site selection methods and financial incentives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with labor market analysis platforms and GIS software is a plus
