Texas Licensed SIU Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Investigations Unit Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign field investigators based on case needs and location
• Monitor investigator progress and review reports for accuracy
• Communicate with clients and manage case logistics

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in claims investigations or SIU department
• Knowledge of vendor management and SIU compliance is a plus
• Preferred adjuster's license or private investigator's license
