Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Manager to conduct investigations in personal lines insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claim information and develop investigative action plans
• Conduct investigative actions, including interviews and obtaining relevant documents
• Coordinate communications with relevant parties and manage client relations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience managing claims investigations, including auto and property casualty
• 2+ years of experience within an insurance carrier or third-party administrator's SIU department (preferred)
