Job Summary
To drive advanced solution sales in Texas, the remote full-time Principal Solution Sales Executive will engage in complex solution-based discussions at the C/S-Level, manage key account relationships, and develop strategies to meet revenue targets through a consultative approach.
Key responsibilities
- Acts as a trusted advisor, developing short- and long-term solution strategies for targeted accounts
- Collaborates with sales and technology teams to manage all facets of complex solution sales, including negotiations and presentations
- Maintains and grows existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Required qualifications
- 18+ years of work experience in IT sales and business development
- Advanced knowledge of Datacenter Technology solutions, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud services
- Proven track record of developing and growing customer accounts while meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong presentation skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating presentations and spreadsheets
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and mentor team members
