Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Pharmacist, Specialty to join their Specialty Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the Patient Management Program, providing consultations and monitoring patient adherence and outcomes
• Collaborate with Specialty Operations to maintain quality care and address patient cost barriers
• Stay updated on regulatory standards and work with a team to achieve business and compliance goals

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist in CO or TX
• 5 years of pharmacist experience or 3 years at a Specialty pharmacy
• Understanding of software to improve business processes and experience with relevant applications
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws
• Ability to assess prescription appropriateness based on age and disease state considerations
