Job Summary

Providing remote speech therapy sessions, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will diagnose and develop care plans for a diverse pediatric population while ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for pediatric clients
• Utilize custom technology platforms to diagnose and create individualized care plans
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain compliance with training and documentation standards

Required qualifications

• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and individual NPI number
• Texas state license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Minimum of 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Experience conducting assessments and familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
