Texas Licensed Staff Pharmacist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services to patients and medical practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, compound, prepare, and dispense pharmaceuticals to patients and medical practitioners
- Consult with patients and medical practitioners on drug information, indications, and side effects
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Current and active Pharmacist Licensure issued by the Texas Board of Pharmacy
- Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
- Ability to supervise and train pharmacy interns and staff
- Knowledge of policies and regulations regarding pharmaceutical drugs
