Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Account Executive (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day service and support to groups, agents, and account representatives
- Develop marketing plans for new sales and existing accounts, and resolve escalated issues
- Prepare client marketing materials and conduct training sessions for group leaders and agents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in customer service, underwriting, sales, marketing, or account management
- Comprehensive knowledge of products, procedures, and systems related to the role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to obtain Department of Insurance Licensure within 60 days of hire
- Basic business math proficiency and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
