Job Summary

To support the Engineering Department, the full-time Texas Licensed Structural Engineer will perform structural design and analysis for industrial structures, prepare detailed calculations and documents, and collaborate with project teams while providing mentorship to junior engineers, with remote work options available.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform and check structural design and analysis for tanks, vessels, and foundations
  • Prepare detailed design calculations, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with applicable codes
  • Collaborate with project engineers and CAD designers to meet project goals and mentor junior engineers
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (Structural preferred)
  • PE license required; Structural SE license strongly preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in industrial structural design
  • Familiarity with relevant standards such as API 650, API 620, and ASME VIII
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
