Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Subrogation Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage legal matters related to property damage and subrogation claims, providing expert legal advice and representing the company in negotiations and litigation.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the company in claims involving property damage and pursue recovery from at-fault parties
- Negotiate settlements and manage all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents and attending mediations and trials
- Collaborate with the claims department to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks associated with claims processing
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, particularly with automobile accidents
- Strong understanding of Texas insurance laws and regulations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
