Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of auto and property subrogation litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Investigate and pursue subrogation claims, identifying liability and developing recovery strategies
  • Negotiate with third-party carriers to resolve subrogation cases efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar
  • 4+ years of experience in auto and property subrogation litigation
