Job Summary
To support a growing legal team, the full-time Texas Licensed Subrogation Attorney will manage auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through resolution, including negotiations and court appearances, in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of auto and property subrogation litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, and trial preparation
- Investigate and pursue subrogation claims, identifying liability and developing recovery strategies
- Negotiate with third-party carriers to resolve subrogation cases efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- 4+ years of experience in auto and property subrogation litigation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Proficiency in legal research and case management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team
