Job Summary
Managing complex subrogation files, the full-time Texas Licensed Subrogation Specialist will evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims while working in an office or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file arbitration contentions, ensuring legal theories and evidence are accurately presented
- Manage litigated subrogation files and coordinate with legal counsel on complex issues
- Communicate with third-party carriers and stakeholders to negotiate and resolve high-complexity claims
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 3+ years of claims liability experience required
- Previous experience with E-Subro Hub and Arbitration Forums required
- Advanced knowledge of claims administration and subrogation principles
- Property and Casualty Insurance License valid in Texas required
