Job Summary

Supporting students in a virtual learning environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Success Coach will monitor academic performance, assist with goal-setting, and provide onboarding and troubleshooting support for new online students.

Key responsibilities

• Train and support new students in navigating the online school system
• Monitor and report on students' academic performance and engagement
• Facilitate regular meetings with students and parents to discuss progress towards academic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Bilingual preferred
• Experience working with students preferred
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with technology
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
