Job Summary

Serving as the homeroom teacher and engagement specialist for assigned students, the full-time Texas Licensed Success Coach will monitor academic performance and engagement, support struggling students in setting improvement goals, and onboard new online students in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and train new students on how to succeed in an online school
• Monitor students' academic performance and engagement, providing guidance for those struggling
• Conduct regular virtual meetings with students and parents to discuss academic performance and improvement goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Bilingual preferred
• Experience working with students preferred
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with technology
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
