Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Texas Licensed System Manager will lead workforce benchmarking and productivity initiatives remotely, collaborating with leadership to standardize labor management and improve financial outcomes across facilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with finance leadership to develop and implement productivity strategies that drive measurable financial improvements
  • Lead process improvement projects and participate in meetings to present productivity metrics and proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver educational materials and processes that enable department leaders to effectively use productivity tools and data
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in analytics and data reporting, with a focus on complex data analysis methods
  • Experience in Labor Productivity and Performance Improvement within healthcare or related industries
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Intermediate knowledge of productivity systems and technical finance skills
