Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to lead EHR modernization and data migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex clinical workflows in various care settings
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications for data extraction and reporting
• Design, develop, test, and optimize Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts within Cerner Millennium environments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years' experience in clinical workflows and healthcare operations
• Demonstrated history with large-scale EHR implementations and migrations
• Advanced expertise with Cerner Command Language (CCL) and Cerner Millennium architecture
• Strong experience with Oracle database, SQL, and enterprise data extraction/migration
• Proficiency in designing and supporting ETL processes and healthcare data integrations
