Texas Licensed Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the CAPPS Program, the remote contract Texas Licensed Systems Analyst will perform advanced consultative services, oversee functional and technical design, and maintain the CAPPS Service Desk application while ensuring compliance with CPA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level consultative services and technical assistance for the CAPPS Program, ensuring adherence to development and testing standards
• Analyze business processes and system workflows to assess ERP design fit, preparing technical scenarios and test cases for validation
• Maintain and support the CAPPS Service Desk Application, performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensuring ITIL compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of Texas public sector experience supporting a Texas state government agency
• 10 years of technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, including SQL and Oracle
• 10 years of experience in technical project management activities related to CPA's CAPPS program
• 10 years of experience creating and managing strategic roadmaps with strong planning and communication skills
• 3 years of experience providing full support for BOSSDesk or a comparable ITIL-compliant service desk application
