Texas Licensed Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a Texas state government agency, the remote contract Texas Licensed Systems Analyst will manage technical activities for CPA application systems, create strategic roadmaps, and conduct executive-level presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical project management activities in support of CPA's CAPPS program
• Create and manage a strategic roadmap by combining planning skills and technical insight
• Prepare materials for and conduct executive-level presentations

Required qualifications

• Extensive Texas public sector experience, specifically with Texas state government agencies
• Technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, SQL, and Oracle 11 or higher
• Experience with data integration, data quality, and SDLC processes
• Knowledge of IT security and control practices
• Experience in interpreting contractual language and managing vendor accountability
