Texas Licensed Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a large network of Texas state government agencies, the contract Systems Analyst 3 will leverage extensive technical skills in PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 and related tools to perform system configuration changes, manage batch jobs, and provide Tier 2 Service Desk support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system configuration changes and support the Asset Management core module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2
• Manage and oversee batch jobs while ensuring compliance with security best practices and NIST standards
• Develop and present executive-level presentations and support various audits and open records requests

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2, specifically in modules such as Financials, Purchasing, and General Ledger
• Strong familiarity with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher
• Experience in functional project management activities related to CPA's CAPPS program
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices for IT service management
• Proven track record of working with Texas state government agencies and understanding applicable policies
