Texas Licensed Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a large network of Texas state government agencies, the contract Texas Licensed Systems Analyst will perform system configuration changes, manage batch jobs, and ensure compliance with security best practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform extensive system configuration changes and manage batch jobs for a statewide ERP instance
• Support the CAPPS Financials tower in PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 and provide Tier 2 Service Desk support
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap while coordinating fiscal year processes at a statewide level

Required qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Texas state policies and public sector experience
• Proficiency with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 core modules, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices for IT service management
• Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials and conducting executive-level presentations
