Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems and Solutions Trainer to design and deliver training programs and resources to enhance customer and team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and training for new customers to ensure effective product use
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits
• Design and develop technical training programs tailored to organizational needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with low voltage systems, public address systems, Networking, Communications, and Fire Alarm Systems in the Life Safety Industry
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong understanding of fire systems and technical aspects of related products
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong time management and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
