Job Summary

To support the hiring needs of the organization, the fully remote Texas Licensed Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage full cycle recruitment processes, partner with hiring leaders, and enhance candidate experiences while ensuring compliance and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting from requisition intake to offer acceptance, including conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring leaders, providing guidance on recruitment timelines and best practices
• Deliver a high touch candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador, maintaining relationships with talent and monitoring feedback

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and employment compliance basics
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting tools
