Texas Licensed Talent Management Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the configuration and maintenance of Talent Acquisition, Candidate Gateway, Onboarding, and Enterprise Performance Management modules, the remote Texas Licensed Talent Management Analyst will ensure smooth operations and compliance in a complex statewide environment over a 12+ month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the configuration and upkeep of TAM, Candidate Gateway, Onboarding Activity Guides, and Enterprise Performance Management modules
• Oversee the job opening lifecycle, ensuring effective applicant screening and onboarding task completion
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide HR leadership with insights into recruiting and performance trends

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on configuration experience with PeopleSoft TAM, Candidate Gateway, and Onboarding Activity Guides
• Deep familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management, including goal-setting and evaluation workflows
• Experience administering security roles and permission lists specific to TAM and Performance Management
• Technical proficiency in Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL
• Texas public sector experience strongly preferred
