Texas Licensed Tapestry Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure consistency in deliverables for the System Support team, the full-time Texas Licensed Tapestry Analyst will oversee testing and training efforts, provide subject matter expertise in the Epic Tapestry and Benefits Engine modules, and support internal teams with issue resolution, all while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate testing and training for the System Support team
• Provide quality control for Tapestry and Benefit builds and oversee complex issue resolutions
• Maintain process documentation and support internal teams with benefit issue resolutions

Required qualifications:

• 4-year degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in Information Systems Applications
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare applications, system design, configuration, or support
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing, vendor contracting, and benefit plan building
• Valid Texas Driver's License
• Proven ability to implement and test configurations specific to the EPIC Tapestry System and EPIC Benefits Engine
