Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director for Privately Held Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical review of engagement work papers and tax returns for various entities
• Manage complex engagements and workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are minimized
• Train and develop less experienced personnel in engagement management responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related discipline
• Qualified to practice before the IRS (i.e., JD, CPA, or EA)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting in taxation or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years in a managerial role involving clients and team members
• Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time
