Texas Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director to oversee global tax accounting and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of global tax operations, including provision and reporting
• Oversee global ASC 740 process and ensure timely SEC disclosures
• Develop and mentor tax managers while implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
• CPA or MST required
• Extensive experience in global tax accounting within a multinational public company
• Big 4 public accounting experience required
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and complex global tax structures
