Job Summary

Ready to step into a leadership role, the full-time Texas Licensed Tax Supervisor will prepare complex tax returns, review junior staff work, and manage engagement timelines while working remotely from anywhere in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax returns and engagements, handling the majority of technical work independently
• Perform initial reviews of junior team members' workpapers, providing timely and constructive feedback
• Train and mentor Associate and Senior Associate staff on firm processes and professional standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 4-7 years of public accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting and tax concepts
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax and PFX Engagement
• Demonstrated ability to manage engagement timelines and client expectations
