Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader to oversee a team of Customer Service Specialists in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises and leads a team of Customer Service Representatives, including scheduling, training, and evaluating associates
- Provides ongoing coaching, counseling, and performance management to ensure accountability and goal attainment
- Tracks performance metrics and provides operational, financial, and statistical reports to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Two years of previous supervisory call center experience
- Experience in employee evaluations, corrective counseling, and motivational techniques
- Outstanding leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is a plus
