Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader to oversee a team of Customer Service Specialists in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and leads a team of Customer Service Representatives, including scheduling, training, and evaluating associates
  • Provides ongoing coaching, counseling, and performance management to ensure accountability and goal attainment
  • Tracks performance metrics and provides operational, financial, and statistical reports to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities


Required Qualifications:
  • Two years of previous supervisory call center experience
  • Experience in employee evaluations, corrective counseling, and motivational techniques
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is a plus
