Review and redline customer and vendor agreements, including SaaS and MSA agreements
Provide legal support in technology transactions and procurement processes
Work remotely with flexible hours, approximately 20-30 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Experience in technology transactions and procurement
Strong background in reviewing and negotiating software agreements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar license in relevant jurisdiction
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
