Job Summary
To support strategic recruitment efforts, the full-time Texas Licensed Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborating with stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer negotiation
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
- Leverage market data to engage passive candidates and build candidate pipelines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, specifically for engineering functions
- Expert knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing and relationship management
- Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices
- Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
