Job Summary

Texas Licensed Technical Representative, responsible for performing technical inspections, leak investigations, and warranty services in a full-time, salaried remote position based in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for warranty coverage
• Perform leak investigations and execute small repairs to prevent leaks
• Assist in training licensed roofing contractors on proper application techniques

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or minimum 4 years of active duty, or High School Diploma with 4 years in the construction industry
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry
• Must possess a current driver's license
• Ability to travel overnight 10-15% of the time
• Must adhere to safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
