Job Summary

As a Texas Licensed Technical Trainer, the full-time remote position will focus on delivering tailored training sessions, developing instructional content, and collaborating with customer teams to enhance user adoption of SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual instructor-led training sessions using hands-on, scenario-based exercises
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create practical training materials and iterate on content based on feedback
• Manage a pipeline of concurrent training engagements while effectively communicating with stakeholders across teams

Required qualifications

• Texas Licensed Technical Trainer certification
• Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably Salesforce-based
• Proficient in developing instructional content and training materials
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including bilingual proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery methods
