Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care and develop comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and support their healthcare needs through outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experiences and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Texas or Arizona
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states as needed
• RN Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's in Nursing
