Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and support for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted current compact license as a Registered Nurse in Texas or Arizona
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states as needed
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
