Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management during outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient experience and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas or Arizona, with multi-state/compact privileges
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Ability to meet specific state licensing requirements as needed
