Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care and develop comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• Educate and support patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in the state of residence with multi-state/compact privileges
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Based in Texas or Arizona
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
