Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic patient care, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans for multiple disease states
• Educate patients on medication adherence and disease management through outbound calls
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas or Arizona, with the ability to obtain licensure in non-compact states
• 3+ years of clinical RN experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Preferred: Previous telephonic nursing experience and licensure in multiple states
