Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Texas Licensed Telehealth Provider, the remote Telemedicine Provider will deliver patient care across Texas, focusing on women's hormone replacement therapy and preventive healthcare while managing male patients as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive telehealth services, including hormone management and medical weight loss
• Conduct clinical assessments and make medical decisions based on patient needs
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication

Required qualifications

• Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license or Texas Physician Assistant license
• Current Texas DEA registration at the time of application
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
• Current board certification applicable to the profession
• Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy or women's health is preferred
