Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Texas Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans aimed at facilitating the recovery and return to work of injured or disabled individuals.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload by assessing recovery progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with physicians and utilize resources to create individualized treatment strategies
  • Advocate for appropriate healthcare services and facilitate communication among all stakeholders involved in the case
Required qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, or equivalent)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience, with a preference for workers' compensation experience
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
