Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured individuals, ensuring appropriate healthcare services and facilitating their return to work while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and assess treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Interview clients to evaluate recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently prioritize and manage a caseload while preparing status updates for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- Reliable internet access for remote work
