Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Texas Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals by collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Interview clients to assess recovery progress and determine the nature of their injuries
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and modifying goals based on client improvement
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
- Reliable internet access for remote work
