Job Summary

To support a growing outpatient psychiatry practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Therapist will conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions and document patient progress in a timely manner
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary for optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
