Job Summary
To support a growing outpatient psychiatry practice, the full-time Texas Licensed Therapist will conduct individual psychotherapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions and document patient progress in a timely manner
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary for optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
