Job Summary

To provide high-quality mental health services, the part-time Texas Licensed Therapist (LCSW) will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely, addressing a variety of emotional and psychological issues while maintaining compliance with clinical documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges
• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay updated on mental health best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work (LCSW)
• Valid, active license to practice in the state of Texas (LCSW)
• Ability to work with diverse populations and various mental health issues
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements
• Commitment to continued professional development and self-care
