Job Summary

To provide high-quality mental health services, the part-time Texas Licensed Therapist (LCSW) will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely, focusing on a range of emotional and psychological issues while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles
• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide crisis intervention as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work (LCSW)
• Valid, active license to practice in Texas (LCSW)
• Ability to work with diverse populations and various mental health issues
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements
