Texas Licensed Time & Labor Analyst

Job Summary

To support the CAPPS Program, the remote contract Texas Licensed Time & Labor Analyst will provide advanced consultative services, functional assistance, and system configuration support for the CAPPS HR/PY Time and Labor module over a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support and implement configurations for the Time & Labor module, including Fluid timesheet functionality and security roles
• Manage technical aspects such as SQL proficiency, integration broker configurations, and report customization while supporting T&L batch job issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, document processes, and provide training to agency personnel, ensuring compliance with State of Texas HR policies

Required qualifications

• Texas Licensed Time & Labor Analyst certification
• Experience with PeopleSoft HR/PY applications and Time & Labor modules
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of application design and integration tools
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
• Ability to interpret and apply State of Texas HR policies in system configurations
