• Examine and review public records to determine the insurability condition of property titles
• Collaborate with underwriters to establish requirements for title commitments
• Process high volumes of title examinations and resolve discrepancies in a multi-state environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of title experience
• Title Producer License
• Ability to follow company procedures and policies
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
