Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examination Specialist (TX).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and examine title searches of public records to determine the insurability condition of property titles
• Perform searches of county records to obtain and analyze documents related to ownership and legal restrictions
• Prepare title commitments and reports while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of title examination experience
• Strong knowledge of title search procedures and public records
• Understanding of refinancing processes and documentation requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
